يعد الدكتور فلورون دايفيد طبيبا بيطريا مختصا في جراحة الخيل، الطب الرياضي وإعادة التأهيل والتصوير التشخيصي. تخرج من المدرسة الوطنية للبيطرة بليون، فرنسا سنة 2001 وأكمل برنامج تدريبي داخلي وبرنامج إقامة طبي في جامعة مونتريال، سان هياسنت بكندا في جراحة الخيل.خلال برنامج الاقامة الطبي، حصل الدكتور دايفيد على درجة الماجستير في التعبير الخلوي الغضروفي وإلتهاب المفاصل في مختبر الدكتورة شيلا لافيرتي ثم تولى بعد ذلك منصب مدرس إكلينيكي في جراحة وعرج الخيل.
