Dr. David Rendle graduated from the University of Bristol in 2001 and worked with farm animals and in an equine practice before completing an internship at Liphook Equine Hospital. A 3-year Horserace Betting Levy Board residency at The University of Glasgow and Liphook Equine Hospital enabled him to train as a European Specialist in Equine Internal Medicine, and to gain a Masters by Research in Equine Asthma as well as a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons certiﬁcate in Equine Medicine. He has lectured and published on a broad range of topics and in 2019 was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dr. Rendle sits on the council of the British Equine Veterinary Association, currently works as an independent consultant and has recently been appointed as an Equine Medicine Clinician at The University of Bristol.
